Summary

Organizational model of the continuous training of heads of network educational organizations in the educational eThe study reveals the features of the organization of the educational environment of the postgraduate education institution for continuous training of leaders of networked educational organizations. The model is built on the principles of andragogy. It covers four basic levels: educational institution, educational district, district (city, united territorial community), regional center of education development, region. The model has signs of openness, matrix, innovation, cascading, flexibility, variabilitynvironment.
