Summary
Modern economical, political, cultural, and educational transformations define the most important personal qualities of the people in the XXI century. It is spoken in detail about lifelong learning; ability to set goals and achieve them; critical and creative thinking; ability to work independently and in a team as well as tolerant communication in a multicultural environment. It is stressed that he partnership pedagogy in the conditions of New Ukrainian School involves the cooperation of the teacher, learners and parents as equal participants of the educational process, bearing in mind that they are equally responsible for the result. This does not deny the differences in their life experiences, competencies, but takes into account equality in the right to a benevolent, tolerant attitude, mutual respect, empathy and mutual understanding. It should be noted that such interaction is effective for the educational process, because it preserves simultaneously the function of management for a teacher and gives children the opportunity to study independently and creatively. The methods and forms of partnership pedagogy offered in the article will help teachers of Ukrainian to achieve the best possible result at every stage of the lesson. The author’s development of the training «Modern lesson of Ukrainian language on the principles of partnership pedagogy» is of great help for the adult to «feel» himself a child. It is reported that after completing the interesting original tasks, teachers will be able to understand the learners better and moreover all the difficulties that they may have to overcome. The training represents the various forms of partnership interaction: working in pairs, microgroups, groups and teams.
