Summary
The problem of the the development of the organisational culture of the educational establishment is considered/ On the basis of the competency approach the elements of the organisational culture are analysed and their competency traits are represented. The attention is hold on the significance of detailed elaboration of character traits of generators of organisational culture. Their role in formation and development of this phenomenon is also highlighted
