Summary
The concepts of professional-pedagogical teacher orientation to work with gifted children, readiness of a teacher to work with gifted children and young people are analysed. The model of teachers’ training to work with gifted children and young people is presented. Goals, objectives, content, expected results, forms and methods of teacher training are defined in the article.
