Summary
The task of scientific and methodological institutions in modern conditions lies in updating the content of their activities, focusing on the challenges of society, state order and professional requests of teachers. The article presents a model of the updated content of activity of scientific and methodological services of Mykolayiv region, which defines four main components that will contribute to the modernization and development of scientific and methodological institutions in modern conditions. The organizational component involves networking, cooperative training, self-development planning; the cognitive one is oriented to the State standard of primary education, implementation of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School; the technological one is aimed at introducing active, interactive and practically oriented technologies, principles of child-centrism, partnership pedagogyinto the educational process; the marketing component will help to create a high image of scientific and methodological institutions among the public. The article analyzes: regulatory support for education reform in Ukraine, in particular, the Law of Ukraine «On Education», the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine «On approving the Concept of implementation of state policy in the field of reforming secondary education «New Ukrainian School» for the period up to 2029, Regulations on the district (city) methodical office (centre), approved by the Decree of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of December 8, 2008 No. 1119, registered at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 25, 2008 under No. 1239/15930; the main ideas of scientific works by T. Sorochan, V. Sydorenko, E. Bachynska on the improvement and development of methodological services in modern conditions; activity of scientific and methodological services of Mykolayiv region in the active period of decentralization. The Model of the updated activity content of scientific and methodical services of Mykolayiv region has been introduced in the region since 2019.
