Summary

Theses address the problem of the teacher's professional self-development in the period of change. Emphasis is placed on the need for the teacher to understand the mechanisms of compensation of spent resource potential during the systematic transformation of education. The author emphasizes the need for, and subsequently, the reasonable implementation of self-supporting personal program as a basic position as a prevention of professional deformation of the specialist.
