Summary
Theses consider the phenomenon of anticipation in the context of improving the personal and professional self-development of teachers during the psychological crisis. Emphasis is placed on the need to develop the anticipatory ability of teachers, which affects the process of normalization of mental activity and the restoration of professional competence of the individual.
