Summary
Education reform poses new tasks and requirements for schools. There was a need to change stereotypes of thinking, approaches to profession, themselves, creating proper conditions for for functioning, preservation and expansion network of preschool educational institutions, the rise of to a qualitatively new level of social status of the teacher, ensuring the effectiveness of educational and management processes, directly affect the quality of the educational process, the formation of key competencies of young and preschool children.
