Summary
Reforming the education system of Ukraine requires increased attention to improving the skills of preschool teachers. Issues of theoretical and methodological support for the continuous development of pedagogical staf of preschool education are relevant now. The publication presents a model of continuous professional development e of preschools’staf in Mykolaiv region. It also reflcts application of innovations in establishments of preschool education via examples of teachers’ preparation to apply quest technology. The conclusions on the effctiveness of the proposed innovations in postgraduate education are presented. This research does not appeal to the fial solution of application issues of innovations in continuous development of preschool educational institutions staffs competence. We see it as a further opportunity to approbate innovations in Mykolaiv In-Service Teachers Training Institute.
