Summary
The article discusses the dedication to work at the Mykolaiv In-Service Teachers Training Institute (1976–2023) and the significant contribution to the advanced training of pedagogical workers by the author and colleagues in the department; about the birth of ideas for organizing and holding regional events, which over time have become traditional; about the active participation of the unit in all the institute's endeavours; and about the Ministry of Education and Science designating the department as a venue for all-Ukrainian conferences, seminars, physics and astronomy Olympiads, and «Teacher of the Year» competitions.
