Summary
The article reveals the reform transformations of the education sector, which relates to the processes of decentralization, needs the greatest consolidation of the efforts of Regional Institutes of Teachers’ (Pedagogical) Postgraduate Education and the educational community. Many organizational issues arise in connection with the optimization of the network of educational institutions, the creation of support with branches, the reorganization of methodological institutions, and the formation of education departments of the united territorial communities.
