Summary
The ideas of the great teacher VO Sukhomlinsky, which promote the respect for the national language, the native word in the spiritual life of the whole people and in the spiritual growth of all generations of the school, are revealed. Created by a pedagogical team, the community of the village of Hristoforovka, spiritual guards nurture a person of Ukrainian character, a rich linguistic personality. Particular attention is paid to the role of the teacher, parents for the education of children in the love of their mother tongue, the formation of the Ukrainian language culture. It is analyzed how daily extracurricular, literary and local lore work forms patriotic feelings, develops thinking, teaches to use the means of speech in different life situations in compliance with the norms of Ukrainian etiquette.
