Summary
The development of a sovereign state has necessitated a radical change in the education system, methodology and technology of organization of the educational process in educational institutions. Searches conducted by educational institutions can enrich not only practice but also pedagogical science. Management of a preschool educational institution, as a socio-pedagogical system, requires a certain basis, the allocation of basic principles, general and specific rules.
